The trade off for work/life balance and a great culture is less pay relative o peers in same industry - but this is fine for me

I have no doubt that if I were at another company I would get paid a lot more to do my job. I have never received a bonus. But that being said, I think that the amount I am learning and being able to work remotely from my team makes up for that

Quality staff super plan and staff benefits - eg. as I have my mortgage with the bank, if I die my mortgage will be paid off (up to $500K)
