It is easy to make assumptions on what you think working in banking would be like, but I can confidently say, Bendigo Adelaide Bank isn’t your typical Bank!
The vibe at the Bendigo Centre was unlike that which I have experienced in other jobs and internships. The people seemed genuinely engaged in their jobs and everybody was so friendly and welcoming.
I have been fortunate enough to gain experience within a variety of divisions including Finance and Treasury, Risk, Products and Wealth. With each division vastly different, my role has been far from typical or mundane.
