Please describe the interview process and assessments.
2 phone calls, one face-to-face and then a panel interview.
Executive, Sydney - 26 Jun 2019
4 interviews. 1 phone, 3 in person with the last interview being a panel. Ultimately, they want someone who is a culture fit, ready to develop and looking to improve and progress quickly. There are plenty of questions to test your knowledge of the company because they want to make sure you align with what they are trying to achieve. Be ready to be put on the spot and work in the time you're given, some of the questions can be pretty challenging.

CV applications submitted through JDs on LinkedIn and on website mainly, also reach out proactively on LI to find suitable candidates. Talent manager then phone screens and puts candidates forward for meet and greets with management, often there will be phone calls or software demos as part of this process. If candidate remains strong throughout these steps, they will be put forward for a formal panel interview and then decision made.
