SEE Group is a second-generation family-owned group of companies specialising in integrated project delivery solutions for private and public entities to supply, design, construct and maintain major infrastructure projects and, urban and commercial developments.

SEE Civil - SEE Civil specialises in civil construction and engineering, delivering construction solutions for major infrastructure projects and urban and commercial developments.

Quarry Solutions – Quarry Solutions is a specialised quarrying and construction materials production solution for major projects and private clientele.

Civil Rent – Civil Rent specialises in plant and asset management including supply and maintenance. Civil Rent manages over 300 pieces of plant and machinery fitted with the latest technology and controls backed by bespoke and market-leading plant management systems.

DMC – DMC supplies various stone resources to large landscaping, and decorative and architectural concrete markets within Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Darling Downs and Newcastle.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process may include: 

  • Application requirements include a curriculum vitae (CV), and recent copy of your academic transcript, including the grading legend/key page.
  • You may be contacted by our People & Culture team via telephone to discuss your application further.
  • In-person interviews will take place approximately late July through August.

Criteria will be specified for each role and may include

  • Australia Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident and or full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
  • A current valid driver’s license
  • Some relevant industry or internship experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Able and committed to start in February 2025

SEE Civil 2025 Graduate Engineering Program

Join us on a structured Graduate Program that supports and encourages you towards a rewarding career within the civil construction industry. These are full-time positions commencing February 2025. An opportunity to commence in 2024 as an undergraduate is also available

The SEE Graduate Program will see you working across the office and project sites to gain valuable industry experience whilst receiving fantastic support from our experienced managers and mentors. 

We have opportunities available in our Infrastructure and Urban Development Teams working on projects across SEQ and Northern NSW.

SEE Civil 2025 Survey Traineeship Program

Join us on a structured traineeship that supports and encourages you towards a rewarding career as a Civil Surveyor. These are full-time positions commencing February 2025 and will be working on projects across the greater Brisbane/Logan or Moreton Bay regions. 

The SEE Civil Survey Traineeship Program will see you working across the office and project sites to gain valuable industry experience whilst receiving fantastic support from our experienced Survey team and mentors. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of diverse projects including Urban Developments, Civil Infrastructure and Mining work.
