Recruitment Process

  1. Please include your CV and a cover letter when you submit your application. If you are shortlisted for the role you will receive a call to participate in an initial phone interview with someone in the Senex Human Resources team. The next step in the process is an interview with the hiring manager and HR. You may then also be asked to participate in a second interview with another manager/stakeholder within the business.
  2. Successful candidates are those who are curious, open to learning and are keen to work in a high-paced and collaborative environment alongside other highly talented individuals.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Remuneration is dependent on the role and will be discussed at the initial phone interview stage.
