Most of them are very accessible. However, due to some not coming to the office often and being very busy, we didn't communicate much.
Most of them are very good mentors who know how to help us grow, and they are doing their best to help us grow.

My manager is very accessible and makes an excellent mentor. When assigning new tasks, he explains everything thoroughly, including what needs to be done and how he has handled similar tasks before. If I have any questions, I can easily reach out to him, and he provides constructive feedback to help me improve my performance. Additionally, he is proactive in giving praise and recognition, which motivates and encourages continuous improvement.
