  • My team. They are passionate about what they do.

  • My colleagues are friendly and helpful, and we have the opportunity to rotate through four different departments to gain experience.
  • Not a very planned program. Not enough transparency in the program. Graduate's interest is not considered for rotations.

My first rotation is in the Operations department. It is quite busy but offers a variety of challenges that I find engaging. There are no specific tasks that need to be completed every day, which allows for a dynamic and varied workload.

My manager is very accessible and makes an excellent mentor. When assigning new tasks, he explains everything thoroughly, including what needs to be done and how he has handled similar tasks before. If I have any questions, I can easily reach out to him, and he provides constructive feedback to help me improve my performance. Additionally, he is proactive in giving praise and recognition, which motivates and encourages continuous improvement.
