How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.

I've had 3 official managers/mentors this year so internal communication has been poor. Luckily I have been on a larger project so I've had mentors within the project.

Regular check ups with you to ensure you are satisfied. Good mentors and catch ups are often casual so you are comfortable on opening up.
