Recruitment Process

Steps that you'll go through in our recruitment process (working off an approximate 2-week timeline).

  1. Submit an application that includes your profile, CV, and cover letter (and availability). We'll aim to review your application within the week and let know if you've got a shot.
  2. Jump on a 30 minute(ish) phone interview with one of our department heads (Sales, Success, Operations, Design, Product) to get to know you better. We'll aim provide feedback within a week of the call on what we thought.
  3. Come see us for a casual 60 minute(ish) in person interview at our office with a few of our team members to see how you'd fit in. We'll aim to let you know in the next day or so after if you are what we are looking for.

What we will be looking for (specifically) in an applicant.

  • Ability to commit at least 3 days per week.
  • Process and detail-orientated.
  • Great and task-and-time management.
  • Experience using excel/google sheets.
  • Genuine interest in startups/software.
  • Willingness' to contribute to whole team discussions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization is a plus.
  • Awareness/familiarity of the construction, facilities or logistics industries is a double plus)
  • Established table-tennis skills (or eagerness to develop them) 

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • We'll pay you money. Your internship will functional as a casual employment role, offering you a minimum number of hours a week to work around your study and/or other commitments.
