Recruitment Process at Viewix:
Application: Interested candidates should apply with a CV, cover letter, and a portfolio demonstrating their video production abilities. We also appreciate seeing academic transcripts and any relevant certifications.
Phone Interview: Shortlisted candidates can expect a phone call from our Creative Director or Account Director. This interview, lasting about 30 minutes, is to understand the candidate better and provide more insights about the role.
In-person Interview: Candidates who pass the phone interview stage will be invited for an in-person interview with the founders. Here, we will discuss more about the role, your portfolio, and your approach to work. You can expect behavioral and situational questions to understand how you fit into our team culture.
Practical Assignment: Depending on the in-person interview and portfolio review, some candidates may be invited to participate in a practical in-person shoot. This will allow us to better assess your on-the-ground skills, how you work in a team setting, and how you handle real-time challenges in capturing stunning shots and directing creative shoots.
Selection Criteria:
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about video production and storytelling. Successful candidates are those with a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and technical skills. We value individuals who are always on the edge of new technology and production methods. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Black Magic cameras, and colour grading with Davinci Resolve is preferred.

Remuneration:
At Viewix, we understand the importance of offering competitive compensation to attract and retain top talent. For graduate and early talent roles, the gross salary range is AUD $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
