As a consultant we do not receive bonuses unless the client introduces it for certain projects when mechanical completions or commissioning is met within target dates

As a graduate, we get accessed on a six-month basis. The manager observes your performance and discusses with you accordingly about bonuses or pay raises.

Everything is inclusive in the salary package. We do get free Engineers Australia membership, paid by the company.

We receive many Lunch & learns for specific disciplines etc. Many invites to free lunch and dinners. Moving expenses are covered if the rotation requires it
