Disability Support at Service Stream

Service Stream is proud to welcome a diverse workforce, each bringing their own set of experiences and abilities to add value to the work we do.

As a major employer of everyday Australians, Service Stream understands there are numerous barriers to employment, especially for those experiencing disability and neurodivergence. We are sensitive to the range of issues that may affect a person’s ability or desire to gain employment, and strive to be a workplace which empowers and enables their workforce to bring their best selves to work. We deliver training in supporting neurodiversity and strive to empower our managers to provide accommodations for neurodivergent team members. To better attract and retain talented staff with disabilities, we also partner with not-for-profits (NFPs), community organisations, charities and social enterprises like BuyAbility who connect us with candidates experiencing mental, physical or social disability.
