1. Submit your application
Submit an online application, including your resume, transcripts and right to work. Make sure you include details about work experience, education and extracurricular activities
2. Online assessment
We want to understand you better, so we'll assess your cognitive ability, personality, and reasoning. You can complete this in one sitting
3. Video interview
Complete the video interview at a time that suits you. We’ll be covering questions on our top priorities and critical skills in the business
4. Assessment centre
Selected candidates are invited to an assessment centre which can include a group assessment activity, an interview and presentation to the business
5. Commence Graduate Program
If you are successful you will receive a phone call from our team to offer you a position within our program. Congratulations!
