Your role

Be part of Ampol's excellent 2-year program within their distribution division. As a Commercial and Business Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to experience rotations within our terminals, carrier operations, commercial finance, and Business Improvement.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates in an agile environment, gaining first-hand experience in how an ASX-listed business operates.

About you

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. Ampol seeks individuals who showcase strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Graduates who have majored in Commercial Contracts or Data Analysis are highly preferred. You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn, and be eager to develop your professional career.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of the Leaders and teams. Ampol Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels their business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you.
