Your role

Be part of Ampol's excellent 2-year program within the infrastructure business unit. As a Commercial and Projects Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support various commercial projects across distribution, supply chain, B2B Sales, and the refinery.  

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates in an agile environment all while gaining first-hand experience in capital investments and business improvement processes.

About you

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. Ampol seeks individuals who showcase outstanding customer service, and excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

The Commercial and Projects Graduate will be a well-rounded individual who is confident in using Microsoft Office suite programs and has good financial acumen. You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn, and be eager to develop your professional career.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of the Leaders and teams. Ampol Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels their business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you.
