Your role

Ampol is inviting you to be part of their excellent 2-year program within the distribution division. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Systems Engineer Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to their petrol/chemical distribution networks and work with in-service equipment.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates in an agile environment, gaining first-hand experience in engineering and maintenance protocols.

This role will require graduates to be onsite but they do offer flexibility to work from home.

About you

Are you a highly motivated graduate currently studying Electrical or Process Control engineering?

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. They seek individuals who showcase an understanding of operational technology and automation, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

The Electrical, Instrumentation Systems Engineer Graduate will be an individual who is familiar with Microsoft-based programs, design exposure, and project estimates and is technically compliant.

You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn and be eager to develop your professional career.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of Leaders and teams.
