Your role

Ampol is inviting you to be part of their excellent 2-year program within the Energy Solutions division. As an Energy Solutions Engineer Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive into a breadth of experience across the division and work on real projects that make an impact.  

You’ll be part of a dynamic team and will contribute to the transformational phase of the business using and deploying new technologies to their customers. This role offers flexibility to work from home.

About you

Are you a highly motivated graduate currently studying for a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering?

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. They seek individuals who showcase outstanding complex problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and enjoy working in a team environment.

The Energy Solutions Graduate will be a well-rounded individual who can bridge the gap between technical and commercial aspects and will have a keen interest in renewable technology.

You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn and be eager to develop your professional career.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of the Leaders and teams. The Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels the business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you!

You will also be exposed to learning opportunities and career development including LinkedIn Learning and other tailored training solutions.
