Your role

Ampol is inviting two graduates to be part of an excellent 2-year program within the IT division. As an IT Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of an exciting phase of growth and transformation at Ampol.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that operates in an agile environment and you’ll engage with a diverse stakeholder group of an ASX-listed business. This role offers flexibility to work from home.

About you

Are you a highly motivated graduate currently studying Information Technology, Data Science and Engineering?

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. They seek individuals who showcase outstanding analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, strong technical skills like coding and the ability to work in a team environment.

You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn and be eager to develop your professional career.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of Leaders and teams. Their Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels the business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you!

You will also be provided learning opportunities and career development including LinkedIn Learning and other tailored training solutions.
